HANAMASU is traditional serine architect team led by Syoma Ichikawa founded in 2004. Honored to working on construction /repairment of temples and shrines , and now we are trying to present our craftmanship to the world - we believe the real beauty is universal and global.

How we construct
Using the hidden method of nail-less construction “KIGUMI” exclusively succeeded to traditional shrine architects -we create beauty derived from functionality.
-Natural : We use only natural materials as lumber, tatami, bark for our architecture.
-Sustainable : We construct our products without using nails with KIGUMI craft skills.
-Minimal : We believe “Simple is beautiful”. We will offer essence of the Japanese beauty.
-Exportable ：All our materials fulfil the required export standard.

One of the best features of Japanese traditional architecture is wooden craft. To construct giant building as temples and shrines, materials should be carefully chosen and build up with skillful handcraft. Shrine architect’s architectures are masterpiece of wooden craft, and the texture of the lumbers will grown year by year besides you. You can enjoy aromatic scent of woods and natural breathe with our architectures.
Our Specialty ：Mobile tea room “ Mumei-An”
2 square meters assembling mobile Japanese tearoom which is created with KIGUMI craft. Available on outdoor/indoor, only 1hour for construction, you can enjoy shrine architect’s craftmanship anywhere.
Full custom order is available- size, materials, for outdoor/indoor, choice of various type of lumbers.
